In short

You can cancel a recurring CloserWin subscription before its next renewal. Payments already made are generally non-refundable except where required by law, stated at checkout, or approved for a valid billing issue.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid CloserWin subscriptions purchased through CloserWin checkout. CloserWin is a product by Plan0101. Paddle may act as merchant of record and payment or subscription provider for eligible purchases.

2. Billing and automatic renewal

Paid plans are normally charged in advance for the billing period shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed price and frequency unless canceled before the next renewal.

Taxes, currency conversion and payment-method handling may be determined by Paddle or the applicable payment provider.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel through the available CloserWin billing controls or the customer billing portal when available. Cancellation stops the next recurring renewal.

Unless applicable law or checkout terms require otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting a workspace, account or integration does not by itself guarantee that an active subscription has been canceled.

4. Refund eligibility

Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period has started. A full or partial refund may be considered for circumstances such as a duplicate charge, billing error, confirmed unauthorized payment or a material failure to provide the paid service.

Cancelling an annual subscription does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused time unless required by law or expressly approved.

5. Requesting a refund

To request a refund or report a billing problem, use the support option available through your CloserWin account, the contact shown on your Paddle receipt, or Plan0101's official contact channel at https://plan0101.com. Include the billing email, transaction or invoice identifier, charge date and a short explanation.

Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, access tokens or API keys.

6. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the applicable merchant or payment provider to the original payment method when possible. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment method, provider and financial institution.

If a refund covers all or part of an active paid period, related paid access, AI credits or plan entitlements may be adjusted to reflect the refunded period.

7. Applicable law and changes

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If mandatory law or checkout terms provide stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights control.

CloserWin may update this policy as billing methods, products or legal requirements change. The current effective date is published on this page.
